Combined analysis of HPK 3.1 LGADs using a proton beam, beta source, and probe station towards establishing high volume quality control

The upgrades of the CMS and ATLAS experiments for high luminosity phase Large Hadron Collider will employ precision timing detectors based on Low Gain Avalanche Detectors (LGADs). We present a suite results combining measurements from Fermilab Test Beam Facility, beta source telescope, probe station, allowing full characterization HPK type 3.1 production LGAD prototypes developed these detectors. demonstrate that response to energy test beam particles is accurately reproduced with source. further establish station gain implant predict particle operating parameters each sensor, conclude uniformity in this sufficient produce full-sized sensors
